Instructions

We welcome interested young people to join the team and participate in scientific research work mainly oriented to national needs. Each fall, we propose to plan to recruit 1-3 graduate students (Master‘s degree for academic degree is preferred) and 1 Ph.D. student (Successive postgraduate and doctoral programs of study students are preferred), the specific requirements are as follows：

Specific Requirements

• [1] Admission majors: Harbor, Coastal and Offshore Engineering(Ph.D., Academic Master)； Coastal Resources and Environment (Ph.D., Academic Master); Civil and Hydraulic Engineering (Professional Master); Traffic Transportation (Professional Master);

• [2] Requirements: positive attitude, diligence and morality, team spirit, strong practical ability, solid professional foundation, good English proficiency (grade 6 or above is preferred), some interest in programming (programming languages such as python\matlab\fortran and those who have participated in numerical modeling contests are preferred), and enthusiasm for the above research directions;

• [3] Cultivation Objective: To emphasize both Dao and tools, to dare to be the first, to integrate the advanced concepts at home and abroad, and to meet the cultivation requirements of top universities; to focus on creating innovative research talents with scientific research as the main focus;

• [4] Cultivation philosophy: Educate people first, moral education first, teach for the long term, teach without discrimination, teach according to materials;
