- Profile: Yingtao Zhou is from Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, China. He is a part-time PhD student in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering at Hohai University and currently works as an engineer. He is a Registered Civil Engineer (Hydraulic Structures for Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering), a member of the China National Committee of the International Water Resources Association (IWRA), and a Youth Editorial Board Member of Water Resources Development Research. His work focuses on planning and design of water conservancy projects. As a principal investigator, he has led several provincial- and ministerial-level research projects in water resources engineering. He has published more than 20 papers as first or corresponding author, holds five issued or granted patents, and has received three national and provincial/ministerial-level awards as a major contributor.
